In the context of Pillar 2, a minimum tax for multinational companies and large domestic groups, the Belgian tax authorities very recently published the first compliance milestone. To comply with these rules, groups falling in scope must submit a Pillar 2 notification form at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.
The modalities included in a Royal Decree dated 15 May 2024 will be published in the Belgian Official Gazette in the coming days and have already been published on the Pillar 2 section of the Belgian tax authorities' website.
As the notice period is relatively short, companies must ensure they have the guidance and resources to meet the requirement.
In order to help you get ready for this important event and grasp the necessary requirements, our team of experts has shared valuable insights and engaged in discussions about the potential impact on your business during this webinar.
