Our ten-week accelerator programme is designed to fast-track growth, tackle scaling hurdles, and forge connections with vital stakeholders in the medical and defence industry. Whether you're refining your value proposition, testing solutions in real-world settings, or want to collaborate with corporates, public authorities, and partners, our programme provides the guidance and network access you need. You also get tailored coaching and support. The programme kicks off in April 2026.

Participation requirements
- Start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs developing solutions in the medtech, healthtech, or digital health space, where their products or services can be applied in civilian and military (CivMil) environments.
- Validated B2B solutions—tested by users and/or sold to clients
- International ambitions
- Approaching series A and beyond
- Willing to pay a fixed fee. Instead of taking company shares, we think a fixed fee is fairer for you—which means you remain in control of what you’ve created.
