Koen Cobbaert is Director in the S&O Industry practice of PwC Belgium. His focus lays on strategic and tactical supply chain optimisation projects.  

As a director within the management consulting - operations practice of PwC, Koen focuses on helping customers with:

• Aligning the supply chain strategy with the business strategy
• Defining optimal supply chain planning processes (S&OP, demand planning, supply & production planning)
• Optimizing their working capital position, mainly from an inventory perspective
• Optimizing their cost-to-serve  

Before working for PwC, Koen has worked for different companies in the industry in supply chain positions.  

Koen is also a speaker for different institutes like Vlerick, KU Leuven, Value Chain Management, SKEMA Business School

Experience

Koen worked in a wide range of project types, going from defining the link between competitive strategy and supply chain strategy, over inventory optimisation projects, product portfolio and cost-to-serve optimisations, defining new operating models, network optimisations.
