Pay transparency is no longer a future concern. It's happening now. With the EU Pay Transparency Directive setting clear expectations for employers on how to manage, report and communicate on pay, understanding your obligations is essential.
In this breakout session, you will find out:
The EU's new Pay Transparency Directive is pushing organisations to rethink how they approach reward. Those who get it right will stand out. Fair pay builds trust. Transparency builds reputation. This session helps you build both.
Speakers: Sandra De Weerd and Samira Rafaela.
What if the biggest shift in how your Reward challenges are solved isn't a new regulation or a market trend, but the unique combination of your experience, our expertise and a set of (AI) technologies that help us push together the boundaries of what's possible.
During this session, we will showcase how we are harnessing the power of AI and technology not as a gimmick, but as a genuine expertise-amplifier. We will guide you through a set of concrete use cases and solutions that demonstrate how the right blend of human expertise and AI can unlock better, faster and more personalised answers to the Reward challenges you face every day.
Speaker: Nicolas Ryckaert.
