Nancy Van de Voorde

Nancy Van de Voorde is a Corporate Tax Director in the PwC Transactions Group in Belgium.
Nancy joined PwC in 1995 in the corporate tax department. She coordinated many due diligence processes, both nationally and internationally. Next to acquisition work, Nancy performed a lot of reorganization work over the past years, including advising on and implementation of corporate simplification, post-acquisition mergers, tax optimization of group structures and cross border mergers.
Nancy holds a law degree from the University of Ghent (1993) and a special degree in tax law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1994).
Experience
Nancy has extensive experience in serving both national and international clients with corporate tax advice. As a Director in the Transactions Group she has dealt with many tax due diligences (both vendor and acquirer side) and she gained a lot of experience in deal structuring. Nancy worked for both Private Equity houses as well as for corporate clients, including family owned businesses.
