The hows and whys of an inclusive society

Four key questions were raised regarding the importance of I&D and its impact on the country’s workforce. It was heartening to see the genuine commitment of these organisations to prioritise and foster I&D within their workplaces, and that their programmes have already generated substantial efforts and progress towards fostering this positive mindset.

As big and important players in the market, the I&D efforts of these participating companies will undoubtedly have a profound impact, not just within their own organisations but also on the broader community and society. The conversation shed light on the transformative power of diversity, showcasing how different viewpoints, backgrounds, cultures and work experiences can enrich organisations in both tangible and intangible ways. Deep insights as well as strategies and solutions were explored with regards to arising issues regarding workforce development and how these initiatives can also drive sustained excellence for the business.
