Lieven is a Partner of the PwC Brussels Assurance – Transaction & Valuation Services practice. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting/auditing and, over the years, he has served as a client service partner on the firm’s largest national and international clients, both publicly and privately owned. Lieven has specialized in deal management and due diligence services, both at the acquisition and the disposal side of a transaction. He assists clients with domestic as well as cross-border and global transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to divestments and restructuring. Lieven advises customers on the full continuum of a deal process, from performing the initial analysis of financial and operational performance through assisting in negotiations and determining the final purchase price, and coordinating due diligence procedures and structuring deals. Lieven has acted as a guest speaker on several internal and external seminars and has written several articles on M&A. |
