Jean-François Mouchet is a Senior Legal Counsel at PwC Tax Consultants and a member of PwC Transactions Group.

Jean-François holds a law degree from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve and a special degree in Business law from the VUB (Brussels University).

He has over 15 years experience as a legal adviser in the field of national and international corporate restructuring. He has been involved in many pre-and post-deal transactions.
