Founded in 1997, InSites Consulting is a global consumer insight and collaboration agency ranked among the top 100 largest and top 10 most innovative market research players and winner of over 25 international industry awards.

It offers market research and insight activation through its two platforms, the Consumer Consulting Square and the InSight Activation Studio.

The company has offices in seven countries, employing over 240 people.

InSites Consulting sought a financial partner to increase the pace of its internationalisation strategy and become a global market research agency.

Shares were owned by the management, working in a partnership structure. All partners remained on board.

The Company acquired its South African subsidiary during the process.
