With technological, business models and societal disruptions becoming more powerful and more frequent than ever before, many companies have put open innovation high on their agenda. Despite recognising its importance, determining which innovation initiatives are worthwhile remains a difficult task.
Moreover, many companies underestimate the importance of measuring the return and impact of innovation. The ones who do, often state their measurement system is not as effective as it could be.
To tackle the current corporate venturing innovation challenges, Robin De Cock (AMS), together with PwC Belgium, will guide you through years of academic research and his own interviews with high-ranking innovation leaders to highlight the best practices of innovation measurement.
PwC and AMS brought together corporate venturing leaders and startups to discuss their stories on corporate-startup collaborations and connect with each other. Inspired by Robin De Cock’s keynote, we've discussed experiences and learnings about corporate venturing. Participants, both corporates and startups, shared their stories.
