Véronique Gillis

Véronique is a Partner of the PwC Deals practice. She joined PwC in 1995 and has been active in M&A since 2000.

Véronique has a profound knowledge of financial due diligence work and over recent years accumulated significant expertise in business plan analysis, assistance in acquisitions and disposals and in the related deal structuring, financial due diligence and deal project management. She works for both private equity and corporate clients, and has gained a high level of expertise in coordinating due diligence assignments for domestic as well as cross-border transactions.  

Véronique’s recent assignments include the merger between Partena and HDP, several acquisition due diligence for Econocom (in Leasing & Services business) , NRB ( Xperthis – 3 software companies for the healthcare sector, Trasys) and Senior Living Group (several acquisitions of  nursing care homes followed  by a Vendor Due Diligence) . 

She speaks native French and fluent Dutch and English.
