Helping organisations build a great workforce to drive their strategy is what motivates Tom Verboven and his HR Consulting team. 

Tom currently leads PwC’s Management Consulting - HR Consulting services. Together with PwC’s Network in Belgium and abroad, Tom and his teams provide cross-functional HR services to guide organisations through all aspects of developing a workforce that’s perfectly aligned with their strategy. PwC’s MC-HR is an industry leader in Leadership services, HR Transformation and HR IT systems, with a focus on Workday implementation.  

Tom’s main area of expertise is Leadership Services, in which he’s spent over fifteen years assessing, selecting and developing the leaders companies need to remain resilient and competitive. 

His long-term passion for helping organisations drive their strategies through their people has taken him to postings in Dubai, UK, Beirut and New York, where he was key to numerous successful workforce-building projects across a variety of industries. 

In addition to a Sociology and Management degree from the University of Brussels (VUB), Tom earned an Executive Master’s in Change Leadership in collaboration with the University of Oxford and HEC Paris in 2016.
