Theodore Dellis

Theodore is a Director at PwC, in the Management Consulting department, which supports companies on topics related to Finance, Operations, Customer, HR and Change management. 

He has 30 years of experience in all financial domains, and has been with PwC since 2016.  

During his career, Theodore has built a strong expertise in strategy elaboration and implementation for state owned and private companies. His focus is Finance Transformation (incl. Financial Processes Optimisation and Redesign), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Accounting Optimisation.

Theodore has also acquired extensive experience in Program and Change Management through the various Transformation and restructuring programs he has led, both with PwC and at his previous position.

Since he joined PwC, Theodore has supported companies with the design of their EPM framework blueprint and the assessment and optimization of their EPM related processes (Strat. Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting). He has also undertaken several projects related to Accounting related topics (Inventory justification and optimisation, accounts’ justification, monthly closing optimisation, etc.) 

Theodore’s experience ranges across several industries, predominantly transport and logistics, and pharmaceuticals. 

Before joining PwC, Theodore has held various executive positions at bpost, including Group Finance Director from 2009 to 2016. He was responsible for several financial areas (transactional accounting, preparation of consolidated financial statements, EPM/Controlling at group level, Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory and Industrial Costing and Profitability, Financial IT systems,  etc.), and was Project Manager for the 2013 bpost IPO.

Theodore holds a Master degree in Business Engineering, an Advanced Corporate Finance degree from London Business School and is also a Harvard Business School graduate (Advanced Management Programme).
