Stefaan De Baets

Stefaan is Senior Counsel Transfer Pricing since 1 January 2016. From 2011 to 2015 he worked for the OECD and from 1989 to 2011 for the Belgian tax authorities (international tax). He represented Belgium at the OECD Working Party 6 from 1996 to 2011 and at the European Joint Transfer Pricing Forum  from 2003 to 2011.

Experience

He is responsible for avoiding and settling transfer pricing controversy, further development of the transfer pricing market as well as promoting the key presence of PwC on that market; and delivering contributions to the development of transfer pricing policies. 

He is a guest lecturer on international taxation at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and the Catholic University of Leuven.
