David Ledure

David Ledure was admitted as a PwC Belgium Partner this summer and he heads the Belgian FSTP team.  He studied Commercial Engineering at Solvay VUB and obtained an additional master’s degree in Tax Law at ESSF ICHEC.

David discovered TP for financing transactions as a Greenfield opportunity when most consultants were saying ‘ask your bank’, when clients requested help with an arm's length interest rate.The partnership gives him free rein to develop this practice and the team.

Over the coming years, David will closely collaborate with clients to help them create sustainable financing structures in the new tax environment.

Experience

David combines almost 15 years of transfer pricing and international tax experience with a passion for treasury and financing.  He focuses on treasury activities, banks and the insurance sector.  Already long before the BEPS era, he assisted groups in developing consistent and economically robust transfer pricing policies.

Today, he assists groups on strategic aspects related to their overall transfer pricing models, their financing set-up and related policy aspects.  He carries out economic analyses covering all aspects of financing and helps groups execute their intercompany finance policies.  Thanks to his wealth of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation, he can connect the dots of the ever-changing tax rules and practices of today’s world.

He is also a regular speaker at conferences on transfer pricing and author of various publications.
