The Sale of Business Elements to Think2Act Capital

Business Elements is a young fast-growing Belgian provider of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions to large companies with offices in Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Founded in 2015, Business Elements quickly reached the milestone of 50 consultants. This rapid expansion has mainly been achieved through its outstanding services for large corporate clients, who are increasing their investments in CRM tools to offer an enhanced customer experience (CX)

In about four years, the company became the market leader in Belgium for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions for large companies and launched its first own software solution, Quote Builder.

As a result, Business Elements became Microsoft Preferred Partner for Belgium and Western Europe in 2018. 

The shareholders decided to bring aboard a financial partner in order to support its international expansion, to launch a training academy for  its current and future workforce, to invest in new technologies such as AI and to help streamline business processes.

PwC guided the sellers throughout the process by leading the search for a financial sponsor and assisting in extensive negotiations, resulting in the successful close of the transaction with Think2Act Capital, a Belgian investment firm.
