19-20 March 2026

Organisations frequently face acquisitions, often followed by post-merger integration, as well as carve-outs and other restructurings. These processes can be technically complex and involve multiple perspectives, requiring various teams—such as legal, HR, finance, corporate finance, and treasury—to connect in a timely manner to avoid inefficiencies.

Acknowledging the close relationship between Tax Accounting and Pillar 2, which can no longer be viewed in isolation, our two-day Masterclass will thoroughly cover both subjects. We have invited expert speakers to share their practical insights.

Day 1 will provide a summary of the key principles of Tax Accounting and Pillar 2. 

Day 2 will delve into more technical topics that are frequently encountered in practice. Each day is divided into various sessions, allowing participants the flexibility to engage with the entire course or specific segments. 

Common practicalities of masterclasses

  • Duration: 2 days for each masterclass
  • Venue: PwC Campus in Diegem
  • Language: English
  • Fee: calculated on company level as follows based on two contacts by company:
    • Per class: 1.500€ 
    • All classes: 5.000€
  • ITAA: a certificate of attendance will be delivered after the course. Participation is ITAA-recognised (category A).
  • Food will be provided during each masterclass
