Mixed VAT taxpayers under the scrutiny of the tax authorities - Navigating new regulations for 2024

BTW & Mixed VAT
  • Event
  • January 29, 2024

Controls of the VAT deduction for mixed taxpayers will be a priority for the tax authorities in the coming years, as announced by the Belgian government. It is crucial, therefore, that you do not rush when providing the legally required information and documentation to the tax authorities. This is important not only when applying the actual use method but also in the case of applying the general pro-rata method, as the law currently requires you to take action in both scenarios.

To help you guide and better understand these requirements we are organising two session (both in FR andNL) on the new regulations.

1. Navigating the new VAT regulations for mixed taxpayers in the (semi-) public sector

Both of the sessions are focused on the (semi-) public sector in Belgium. Please register for the session in your preferred language.
