Xavier Van Vlem is a Belgian-based tax partner leading the Belgian Transfer Pricing practice of PwC. He has a client portfolio including large foreign based multinationals as well as Belgian headquartered multinational groups.
He is a recognised tax consultant under Belgian law.
Experience
Working for over 20 years at PwC, Xavier has obtained extensive experience in various topics of international taxation and transfer pricing, including value chain transformation exercises, both from a Belgian and international perspective. |
In addition, Xavier has gained extensive experience in amongst others applying for and negotiating (bilateral) APA’s, in coordinating the drafting of TP documentation files and in managing large cross-border projects.
