Pascal is a Tax Partner in PwC Belgium International Tax Group with more than 20 years experience in advising on tax strategies for national and multinational groups, including designing, coordinating and implementing cross-border tax planning strategies, as well as tax advice on businesses’ operational aspects and restructurings and their impact from a compliance point of view.

He has an in-depth knowledge of a number of foreign tax systems and their interaction with Belgium’s tax regime, enabling him to approach queries from a multi-jurisdiction perspective.

Pascal is a truly dedicated client partner valuing long term business relationships and is always seeking for pragmatic solutions to a client’s specific needs. He has contributed as co-author to a number of international publications such as:

  • ‘Substance – Aligning international tax planning with today’s business realities’
  • ‘Permanent Establishments – A domestic taxation, bilateral tax treaty and OECD perspective’
  • ‘The 2007 Belgium-US Double Tax Treaty – An effective gateway to do business’

Pascal holds a Master degree in economics (VLEKHO) and a Master in tax (Solvay Business School) and he is a Chartered tax consultant (member of IAB/IEC) as well as Member of the International Fiscal Association.
