Luc has been active in the area of logistics and supply chain management since 1992. During this time he spent 25 years as a management consultant and five years with an international logistics service provider. Luc joined PwC in July 2011 and manages complex improvement projects from strategy to execution in the area of logistics.  

His main project focus has been in the areas of supply chain network optimisation (manufacturing networks and distribution networks), distribution logistics (warehouse operations, transport management), logistics operating model design, outsourcing/tendering of logistics services and logistics process improvement.

His industry experience includes Food & Beverages, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, High-tech and Industrial Equipment.  

Luc founded and leads PwC’s Global Logistics Centre of Excellence.
