As Managing Partner of our Advisory practice, Hans oversees our integrated Consulting, Deals and Forensics units. Over the past 20 years, Hans has developed a deep expertise in the evaluation, design and implementation of cash, treasury and risk management organisations, governance structures, processes and technology solutions for multinational companies. Recent experiences include:
Lead large-scale treasury & finance transformation initiatives for various Fortune 50 companies,including the development of global organisational models, optimisation of treasury processes, re-design of global banking structures and the selection and implementation of enabling technology solutions.
Assisted various companies with the design and implementation of programmes to (a) improve (free) cash flow performance and (b) enhance short and medium term cash forecasting capabilities
Helping global companies with (financial) risk management programmes, including exposure identification, strategy development, process improvement and measurement and reporting.
Lead a number of treasury technology initiatives, including the assessment, selection, implementation and ongoing improvement of cash, treasury and payment factory solutions.
Establishing and integrating treasury functions as a result of mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
