As Managing Partner of our Advisory practice, Hans oversees our integrated Consulting, Deals and Forensics units. Experience Summary

Over the past 20 years, Hans has developed a deep expertise in the evaluation, design and implementation of cash, treasury and risk management organisations, governance structures, processes and technology solutions for multinational companies. Recent experiences include:

  • Lead large-scale treasury & finance transformation initiatives for various Fortune 50 companies,including the development of global organisational models, optimisation of treasury processes, re-design of global banking structures and the selection and implementation of enabling technology solutions.

  • Assisted various companies with the design and implementation of programmes to (a) improve (free) cash flow performance and (b) enhance short and medium term cash forecasting capabilities

  • Helping global companies with (financial) risk management programmes, including exposure identification, strategy development, process improvement and measurement and reporting.

  • Lead a number of treasury technology initiatives, including the assessment, selection, implementation and ongoing improvement of cash, treasury and payment factory solutions.

  • Establishing and integrating treasury functions as a result of mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
