It was important to adhere to the client’s strict ethical and regulatory guidelines and develop internal communication strategies accordingly. We worked together to analyze the market landscape through a medical literature search on the disease, and to map relevant KOLs in the field.
We then digitized the information in a visual decision-making chart, using an agile methodology to provide the most flexible solution. Additionally, we facilitated a co-creation event with KOLs to identify unmet medical needs.
Our consultancy on the strategy to support new therapeutic areas of interest resulted in the definition of scientific knowledge on a specific disease and the co-creation of the care and prevention of tomorrow. Hand in hand with our client, we defined a market access roadmap related to a disease and the trajectory to solve the unmet medical needs we pinpointed.
