Olivier is a Senior Manager in PwC's Technology Consulting team in Belgium and has more than 15 years of experience. He started his career with process audits and gradually focused more and more on the project management aspects of large-scale transformation and improvement programmes.
His main types of projects are project reviews, quality assurance assignments and the implementation of management offices and project management methodologies, mainly in the payments and public sectors. Olivier has also delivered project management training sessions for many of PwC's clients. The combination of his project and programme experience in his field, and his knowledge of the PRINCE2® method makes him an excellent trainer for the Foundation and Practitioner courses.
