Our PwC Corporate Finance team helped Televic Group to carve out Televic Healthcare Solutions. This transaction allows the business to join forces with Esprit ICT, the market leader in the Netherlands for critical alarm systems and integrated digital workplace solutions, marking a key step in its international growth strategy.  
 
With this acquisition, Esprit ICT enters the Belgian market and expands its position as a leading player in the Benelux healthcare technology landscape. Televic Healthcare Products – the business unit that develops and manufactures nurse call systems – remains part of Televic Group and will continue its focus on innovation and global expansion via its reseller network.
