Sale of Teamtel

Established in 2017 in Zaventem by Arnoud Van Der Kelen and Cédric Hamelryck, TeamTel has secured a reputation as a specialist in IT and cloud telephony solutions tailored for Belgian SMEs. The company, which employs around 15 professionals, is a 3CX Titanium partner and operates under a BIPT telecom license. Its offerings include managed IT services, VoIP telephony, internet connectivity, Microsoft 365 solutions and cybersecurity.  
 
In November 2025, TeamTel was acquired by AXI Group, a leading Belgian IT services provider, marking a strategic step in reinforcing AXI’s SME market position across Brussels and Flemish Brabant. The acquisition enhances AXI's portfolio with TeamTel’s cloud telephony and managed services expertise—complementing AXI’s existing capabilities in ICT, cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
