Founded by Kevin François and François Beuvens in 2013 after they left UCLouvain, Sagacify has established itself as one of Belgium’s premier AI product studios, specialising in machine learning, computer vision and business process automation. Based in Brussels and Charleroi, the firm’s team of around 25 AI engineers has delivered mission-critical solutions across sectors including insurance, pharmaceuticals, energy, public services, logistics and finance. Through its advanced expertise, Sagacify designs and deploys production-ready AI systems that seamlessly integrate into clients’ strategic and organisational frameworks. Its holistic, iterative approach reflects over a decade of innovation—an evolution the founders describe as “learning the hard way".
In December 2025, Sagacify became the dedicated AI Centre of Excellence within Craftzing Group, following several months of disciplined discussions that began in 2024. This acquisition is a strategic step in Craftzing’s ambition to become one of the few Belgian consultancies with full-spectrum digital transformation capabilities. Sagacify now augments Craftzing’s existing strengths in strategy, enterprise architecture, UX/UI design and technology integration.
With Sagacify onboard, Craftzing Group has grown to over 200 specialists with annual revenue of approximately €26 million, reinforcing its position as a boutique powerhouse for delivering end-to-end digital change. Our PwC xLoS Transactions team assisted Sagacify’s shareholders in structuring and executing the integration with Craftzing. We provided corporate finance, transaction services and legal and tax advisory throughout the process, ensuring the alignment of Sagacify’s growth ambitions with Craftzing’s strategic objectives.
