Unlocking AI’s Potential in the Public Services: Insights from Industry Leaders

On February 25, 2025, PwC and Microsoft convened NextGov: Reimagining the Possible in Government & Public Services.  The event brought together prominent AI experts, policymakers, and government leaders to explore how AI can reshape the future of governance and citizen services.
