She has over two decades of experience helping clients with people and organisational challenges, particularly in the fields of business and digital transformations, change management, HR transformation, workforce strategy, organisational culture. Additionally, her extensive client engagements have allowed her to develop specialised skills in ESG, leadership development, and the implementation of DEI initiatives.

Having held diverse roles, Serafine has lived and worked in various countries & continents, providing her with a global outlook on the optimisation of companies' people-related operations.
