Graduate job

You'll

Design, build, and implement technologies that help organisations innovate, transform, and grow.

These are right for you if

You enjoy solving complex problems, are curious about how technology works, and are eager to explore emerging technologies and new ways of working.

Start date

  • September 2027

In Technology and AI, you’ll help some of the world’s most significant organisations use technology to transform how they operate, make decisions, collaborate, and serve their customers.

Technology is reshaping the world around us at an incredible pace. Cloud platforms are changing how organisations build and manage their technology environments. Data and AI are creating new possibilities for insight, automation, and innovation. Business applications are connecting customer, operational, and HR processes. At the same time, cybersecurity and digital resilience have become critical to protecting organisations in an increasingly connected world.

Technology alone, however, isn’t enough. It takes human insight to understand where technology can make a difference and how it can be used responsibly and effectively. That’s why everything we do at PwC is human-led and tech-powered.

From digital products and enterprise platforms to data, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, you’ll help clients select, design, build, and implement technologies that respond to real organisational challenges.

You’ll find solutions

Whatever area you choose, problem-solving will be at the heart of your role. The solutions we deliver range from highly technical implementations to broader strategic and operational challenges.

You might contribute to a new digital product, a cloud or data platform, an enterprise-wide business application, or a response to a cyber threat. In every case, you’ll combine analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration to find solutions that work for our clients.

You’ll be hands-on with tech

Our Technology and AI programmes involve working with systems, platforms, code, or data. Depending on your role, you may help analyse requirements, design solutions, build, and test technology, implement platforms, work with data, or continuously improve existing systems.

You don’t necessarily need an engineering or technology background to join us. What matters is your curiosity, your willingness to understand how things work, and your motivation to keep learning as technology evolves.

You’ll collaborate to drive change

Successful technology change doesn’t happen in isolation. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams that may include developers, data specialists, analysts, architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, consultants, and project managers.

You’ll also collaborate closely with clients and leading technology companies to understand challenges, develop solutions, and put the right technologies into practice.

The areas available within this category

If you have a preference for a specific business area or location, you'll be able to share this during the application process. We do our best to take preferences into account, though availability means they can't always be guaranteed.

You may not have a preference at this stage, and that's okay too. As you go through the recruitment process, we'll help you to understand more about the roles we have available and support you to find the one most suited to your interests and ambitions.

Digital Transformation, Data, and AI

Help clients use technology, data, and AI to modernise their organisations, drive innovation and create value. You’ll work on initiatives ranging from cloud transformation and technology modernisation to data platforms, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

You'll help organisations strengthen their data foundations, improve the quality and accessibility of their data, and establish the governance needed to use it responsibly. Depending on your role, you may also contribute to analytics and AI solutions that generate insights, support decision-making, automate activities, and enable innovation.

Cybersecurity and Digital Resilience

Help organisations protect their people, systems, data, and digital operations. You'll work with cybersecurity specialists to identify and manage digital risks, strengthen security and resilience, and support organisations in responding to an evolving threat landscape.

Depending on your role, you may contribute to areas such as cyber strategy, risk and compliance, identity and access management, cloud security, security testing, incident response, digital forensics, or the protection of critical systems and information.

Business Applications

Work with some of the world’s leading technology ecosystems to improve how organisations connect with customers, empower employees, and run their operations.

Using leading enterprise platforms across customer, operational, and HR domains, you’ll help clients modernise processes, connect information, and create seamless experiences for customers and employees. Your work could cover areas such as sales, customer service, finance, operations, supply chain processes, workforce management, and HR technology.

From customer platforms and enterprise solutions to workforce technologies, you’ll help organisations introduce new ways of working and get more value from their technology investment.

Whichever path you choose, you'll be part of a human-led, tech-powered team—and we're looking for curious, ambitious graduates ready to grow, learn, and make a difference from day one.
