In Legal Services, you’ll provide the legal expertise behind a wide range of our services, helping clients to comply with regulations and minimise risks. Providing strategic guidance and support to all kinds of clients and industries, you’ll build a broad perspective on the business world while developing your legal knowledge. You'll make an impact by addressing the legal and regulatory side of direct, indirect, or personal tax, transfer pricing, trade, and more—from interpreting complex legislation to supporting clients in tax litigation and disputes. You’ll also work with our multidisciplinary Tax teams—both in Belgium and across borders—to help clients become more agile, sustainable, and compliant.
Within this business area, we also focus on the legal and compliance side of cybersecurity and data protection. You'll advise clients on topics such as privacy, information security, and cyber incidents, support them in complying with relevant regulations, and control whether their processes and policies meet the applicable requirements.
Next to that, we also provide policy, legal, and technical advice—backed by economic analysis—to support clients on specific policy topics. From drafting legal positions and monitoring EU developments to analysing stakeholder feedback and organising webinars, you'll help clients navigate a complex landscape with clarity and confidence.
