Conference session organised in February - March 2018
For the eighth consecutive year, the UCL fiscal law team is organising ‘Les Dialogues de la fiscalité’, under the Chaire PwC. This initiative aims at fostering meeting and networking opportunities among people coming from different tax professions
In a context of drastic tax changes in both a Belgian and international context, such as the Tax Shift, the corporate income tax reform, the development of regional tax systems, anti-tax evasion action plans at European and international level, the impact of these measures must be assessed with regard to the main tax law principles, which establish the taxpayers’ guarantees (fundamental rights and principles of good administration).
|Thursday 1st February 2018||The corporate income tax reform|
|Thursday 1st March 2018||The tax levy, a concept spanning public order, legality and tax abuse|
|Thursday 15 March 2018||The taxpayers’ fundamental rights|
|Thursday 29 March 2018||Tax law to the test of good administration principles|
