What does the Belgian tax reform mean for your business

During this session, some of our key subject-matter experts will take a closer look at the significant changes being made in the context of the tax reform in Belgium, which is expected to be enacted by the end of 2017. They will discuss the expected changes applicable as of financial year 2018 and 2020 as well as their potential impact on your tax strategy.

Topics include the rate decrease, the participation exemption, the introduction of a minimum tax, changes to the notional interest deduction regime, the capital gains tax on shares and the implementation of the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD), with focus on interest limitation deduction, anti-hybrid measures, CFC rules and exit taxation.
