Conditions

Registration & payment

Once you registered on the website, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your enrolment. At the very latest one week prior to the course a second e-mail will be sent to you with a final confirmation of your registration, all practical details and the invoice, which is payable upon receipt.

Fees

The course fee (excluding 21% VAT) can be found in the training programme and in the quick facts . The fee covers the following:

  • course tuition
  • course materials, including a copy of the slides and illustrative examples used in the presentation, as well as other PwC publications relevant to the topic presented. All content remains the exclusively property of PwC.
  • catering (all courses include coffee breaks; lunch is provided only for full day training courses)
  • a written certificate of attendence, provided at the completion of the training

Please note that lodging is not included in the course fee. You are responsible for any necessary lodging arrangements.

Rebates

  • When a person registers for at least three courses, we offer a rebate of 10% on each course.
  • If a second person from the same company wants to register for the same course, we will offer that person a 15% rebate.

These discounts cannot be cumulated.

  • Early birds: if you register before 12 noon on 29 February, we offer an additional discount of 5%.

This only applies to standard courses and not to tailored courses or courses on demand. The 5% discount comes on top of our other discounts. From 1 March, the standard discount conditions apply.


Cancellation

Cancellation requests made in writing (email, letter or fax) and received up to 10 working days before the date of the event will be followed by a full refund less an administration fee of € 50 (VAT 21% not included). Delegates desiring to cancel after this deadline or deciding finally not to attend will still be liable to pay the full fee.

Note that a replacement delegate is always welcome. In that case, please inform us beforehand of the identity of the replacement delegate. If you were granted a discount of 10% because you registered for more then three courses but you have to cancel for the third course, you will lose your discount on the two other courses.

PwC reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange the course at any time and for any reason. If no re-arrangement is organised, PwC will provide every delegate with a full refund of the relevant fee. We will then contact you to discuss an alternative solution that suits your aspirations.

Personal data

PwC and/or any PwC entity part of the global PwC network will use your personal data to inform you, by e-mail or otherwise, about PwC's professional and social activities and about any topics that could be of interest to you. PricewaterhouseCoopers will not transfer these data to any third parties. If at any point in the future you no longer wish to receive any further information, or you wish to remove your personal data from the distribution list, or PwC records, this can be done, at no cost to you, by sending a request by e-mail to marketing.mailbox@pwc.be.

Certificate

Participants who have attended the complete training, will receive a written and signed attestation after the training, confirming their presence.
