Philippe is a Director within the Transaction & Valuation Services practice. Today, Philippe is in charge of Valuation & Strategy for the Belgian market. He provides support for increasing shareholder values and provides strategic advice to numerous companies in Belgium and abroad.

Philippe is a frequent speaker on valuation and shareholder value/value based management topics.

He holds an electromechanical engineering degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA).

His value advisory experience covers:

• Numerous assignments in the energy and utility sectors (valuation, pricing policy, …);
• Extensive experience in sophisticated financial structure analysis, in financial and non-financial derivative products, in investment decisions and in corporate valuation techniques.
• Numerous valuation for tax purposes: activities, intangible assets, financial products, market conform interest rates;
• Shareholder value assignments for banking, telecom and industrial quoted multinational companies;
• Transaction advises on company sales/purchase, finance raising and MBO’s.
