Laurent van Compernolle is Senior Legal Counsel with PricewaterhouseCoopers advising on corporate, financial and business law. He assists companies, private equity funds and banks with respect to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He assists clients in negotiating and concluding national and international transactions, whether through transfers of shares, assets or business, mergers, joint ventures or shareholders' agreements. He also gives advice in financial law with respect to public bids and IPOs on a national and international level. His involvement on these matters includes, among others, listing and delisting of companies, drafting of prospectus and contacts with the stock market authorities. |
