Karin Winters is working on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law. As a Lawyer as well as a Law Director with PwC, she has assisted numerous Belgian and international clients in all kinds of mergers and acquisitions and helped them set up, acquire, (re)structure and manage their corporate organisation and activities in Belgium. Karin was involved in various international acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Her involvement included coordinating the due diligence, structuring and financing the transactions, advising on all aspects of Belgian Corporate and Commercial Law as well as drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation.
