Frederic Van Hoorebeke is a Director at PwC Belgium in the Corporate Finance practice. After 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance with PwC, Frederic has gained strong expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions, valuation assignments and project finance. He recently advised on management buy-outs, acquisition mandates, valuations in the context of mergers & acquisitions, and the structuring of public/private partnerships.

Frederic graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Ghent and holds a Master in Business Administration from the Vlerick School of Management.
