Christiaan is a tax partner within the HR Services Department of PwC. He holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KUL) and a postgraduate tax degree (Fiscale Hogeschool). He is a recognised tax consultant.
He is specialised in executive reward. For more than 17 years Christiaan has assisted Belgian and foreign executives with their tax affairs.

To the transactions area, Christiaan brings his expertise in optimising management participation schemes, management incentives and carried interest arrangements for fund managers. The assistance of his team is called upon both by investors (in their discussions with portfolio company management) and by individual management teams (in their discussions with investors/shareholders).

He has published articles and is regularly quoted in the press on various tax-friendly remuneration techniques, end-of-career planning and the structuring of compensation packages for executives.
