Bert Kuypers is Partner of PwC Advisory and Partner in Strategy and Operations Consulting group.

Besides his consulting career, he has been assistant professor in Industrial Economics at the University of Louvain, before he started in 1986 with Shell where he worked on the rationalisation of the Benelux distribution network. Between 2002 and 2005, Bert has been COO and Executive Director of Roularta Media Group, a 500m EUR Belgian media company active in several European countries, where he realised an important turnaround and implemented a strong European expansion strategy.

Being for more than 15 years in consulting, Bert has built international experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Strategy, Performance Improvement in areas like client service, supply chain & logistics and financial management. He worked on 'start-ups' as well as on fundamental restructuring of various organisations and companies in Belgium, Europe and Asia. He has worked mainly for sectors like automotive, railways, airlines and postal services, telecom and utilities with a large experience in manufacturing sectors as well.
