Nancy De Beule |

Nancy De Beule is a Director at PwC Tax Consultants and is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions management team group of PwC. She has been involved in a lot of major, both inbound and outbound acquisitions, national and international reorganisations, IPOs, carve-outs and MBOs. After obtaining a degree in Accountancy, Nancy specialised in Tax and obtained a Bachelor degree in Tax Sciences from the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels, as well as a Master degree in this domain from the Solvay Business School of Management (also in Brussels). As an active member of IAB-IEC (i.e. the Belgian institute of accountants and tax consultants), Nancy serves on the examining board and technical committee on IFRS related tax matters. |

Michael De Roover leads our Benelux Business Recovery Services. He has 20 years of experience in transactions and restructuring operations: proposing debt and/or equity solutions, preparing and reviewing strategic, operational and financial aspects of corporate business plans, refinancing, managing turnarounds, initiating transactions, and managing projects for complex transactions and reorganisations, in continental Europe as well as in the UK. Michael has a Law Degree from the University of Antwerp. He also holds a Diplôme en Administration des Entreprises (Université Catholique de Louvain, Louvain-La-Neuve) and a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston. |

Philippe Fimmers is a Senior Manager in the Deals practice in Belgium. Over the past 8 years, Philippe has mainly been involved in acquisition and vendor financial due diligences, auction processes and carve-out deals, and this within several industries including services, real estate, production and distribution companies. From his financial due diligence background, Philippe has specialized in independent business reviews. He has worked for both private equity and corporate clients, and has gained a high level of expertise in the area of due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side). Philippe holds a master’s degree in financial and business management from EHSAL Brussels. |

Grégory is Tax Senior Manager at PwC Belgium in the Real Estate Group. He has broad experience in providing tax structuring advice in a local and international context. His expertise is real estate and acts as tax advisor to a number of Real Estate funds, REITS and Developers. Most of Gregory’s assignments have a European aspect covering inward investment in Belgium/EU. Grégory graduated as a Lawyer (University Louvain-La-Neuve) and holds a Master in Tax Law from the Business School Solvay. |

Hugues Lamon is a Partner at PwC Belgium in the M&A tax group. Hugues provides tax services to several multinational corporations and real estate companies. Hugues has been involved in major acquisitions both in an inbound and outbound context including carve-outs, IPOs, MBOs and delisting. Hugues graduated as a Commercial Engineer from the Solvay Business School of Management, he is a certified financial analyst from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts and holds a Master in International Tax from the Solvay Business School of Management Nowadays, Hugues also teaches Tax Management at the Solvay Business School of Management. |

Luc Legon is a Tax Director at PwC’s Human Resource Services practice. Luc has a very broad experience in HR tax & law. He is specialised in assisting clients in understanding and managing the tax, legal and financial implications associated with their reward practices and international assignment structures. Luc has developed a fairly broad experience in the domain of equity incentive plans both for listed companies and in the private equity industry. He leads the Equity Planner® Belgian team. Luc joined PwC in 1991. He obtained a degree in Mathematics at the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve, a degree in Economics at the Université Libre of Brussels, and a master’s degree in Tax Management at the Solvay Business School. |

Josy joined PwC Belgium in 1983 and became Partner in 1995. He leads the Belgian Financial Services practice. Josy is a Statutory Auditor and is also accredited by the Banking and Finance Commission for the audit of banks, investment companies and investment funds. Josy is a banking and capital markets expert, with specific expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate reporting, and diagnostic reviews of the credit market. He has extensive experience in applying IFRS to financial institutions and has excellent relationships with key regulatory bodies. Josy holds a Master degree in Accountancy & Finance. |

Xavier Van Vlem is a Director at PwC Tax Consultants and a member of PwC’s Transfer Pricing group. He has obtained extensive experience in various topics of corporate taxation and transfer pricing, including value chain transformation exercises, both from a Belgian and an international perspective. As for Transfer Pricing, Xavier has expertise in applying for and negotiating (bilateral) APAs, coordinating the drafting of TP defence files, and managing large cross-border projects. He is co-author of various TP related publications. Xavier holds a law degree from the University of Ghent and a master’s degree in business administration from Vlerick Leuven - Gent Management School. |
