The Legal team assists with day-to-day legal advice, and with the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts and policies, such as:

  • buy-sell
  • distribution contracts (such as agency, commissionnaire, franchise agreements)
  • contract and toll manufacturing agreements
  • licences
  • (management) services
  • intra-group cost sharing and cash pooling
  • financial and operational leasing
  • B2B and B2C sales terms and conditions.

Beyond the usual commercial legal advice, our Legal team also has significant experience on the legal aspects of setting up distribution/supply chains and conversion of and changes to the business models of international groups, working in close cooperation with PwC’s Tax and Advisory teams.
