How do we move clients forward?
Our people are ambitious and filled with great ideas. They don’t intend to sit still in their careers – and we don’t intend them to.
We help our employees move forward. By giving them a challenging work environment and room to grow. They learn from top experts in their field while receiving coaching at every step.
On top of it all, every year we organise over 400 different trainings focused on developing both technical and interpersonal skills. In addition to training on the job, on average our employees follow one month of training per year.

Our recruitment project is backed up by a national media campaign on the radio, in the newspapers and online, plus a roadshow doing a tour of some of Belgium’s major university towns. This year, the campaign is built round testimonials by some of our staff members. They tell their own experiences and stories of international career opportunities, the many forms of training available and the expertise they’ve developed, and give a very tangible feel of why PwC is a league apart as an employer.
