What we do

To best serve our clients, we are organised into two main lines of service.

Assurance & Advisory services

Our Assurance & Advisory group supports businesses by

• providing assurance on financial performance and operations
• strengthening corporate governance procedures
• giving advice on acquisitions, divestitures and alliances.

We also help clients improve their external financial reporting and adapt to new regulatory requirements, like Sarbanes-Oxley and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Tax and legal services

We divide our wide range of specialist tax and legal services into three domains that help organisations identify, develop and adapt ideas and solutions that create sustainable tax efficiency and enhance shareholder value:
