Three core values

PricewaterhouseCoopers stands for three core values worldwide: Excellence, Teamwork and Leadership. These values give direction to our professional and personal conduct. How we go about our business is characterised by integrity, flawless professionalism and dedicated service.

These values help us achieve the extra service dimension that makes our firm and our employees stand out. Our employees are given the right tools and training to give substance to our values. Thus, our values are not just something we assume inwardly, but something we project outwardly.

Responsible leadership

Within PwC, we have an ongoing Responsible Leadership programme. In addition to its role as a people-friendly employer, PwC also fulfils its responsibilities externally in community projects, for the environment and society.

For example, every PwCer is entitled to spend four working hours a month on a project of their own choosing, from helping at summer camps for the handicapped or organising blood donations, to monitoring respect for human rights in prisons. Our annual Community Day goes from strength to strength every year. It’s the day we volunteer to devote to a range of good causes.
